Reads inbound WhatsApp conversations and turns them into structured, deduplicated CRM deals for a private healthcare provider: fully automated, with no human in the loop. A provider-agnostic LLM engine extracts 13 fields from each chat; a Vue 3 dashboard adds a "why the AI decided" inspector and a fail-closed live/dry-run write gate.
A management portal for AI calling campaigns: each campaign runs multiple servers with restart and configuration controls, plus AI voice agents with per-agent voice generation, call scripts, and noise profiles.

A Vue 3 front end on a Python FastAPI backend for a performance-marketing call-tracking platform: real-time campaign and call-flow dashboards built for high-volume data.
Designed and built the billing backbone for a multi-practitioner therapy clinic operating across two countries. The system mirrors each practitioner's Google Calendar, matches every booking to its Stripe payment across multiple accounts and currencies, produces the clinic's monthly settlement record, and auto-generates the corresponding Xero invoices, replacing a manual, spreadsheet-by-hand process. It runs unattended in production against live financial data, with a human-in-the-loop dashboard for the ambiguous cases and safeguards that make double-invoicing impossible.
